La mediación tecnológica en el acompañamiento y la visualización del proceso de escritura

Abstract

El presente artículo describe los primeros resultados de una tesis de maestría que busca identificar prácticas de lectura y escritura mediadas por tecnología en el nivel superior. Se realizaron entrevistas en profundidad a docentes, observación de documentos y de entornos virtuales. Entre los motivos por los que los entrevistados justifican el uso de la tecnología, se destacan principalmente la motivación y el aprovechamiento del tiempo que ofrecen las TIC en general. Este artículo se enfoca en algunas características de la mediación tecnológica en el proceso de escritura, desde la perspectiva de los docentes entrevistados, en especial el acompañamiento durante el inicio y el avance del proceso de escritura y la posibilidad de visualizar el camino recorrido

This article describes the first findings on a Master degree thesis that explores reading and writing teaching practices mediated by technology in higher education. Interviews were carried out with teachers, as well as observation of documents and virtual platforms. Among the reasons why the interviewees justify the use of technology, motivation stands out together with the possibility that ICT offer of making the most of the teaching time. This article focuses on some characteristics of technological mediation in the writing process, from the perspective of those interviewed, particularly guidance during the beginning and development of such process and the possibility of visualizing the way it has gone
