Abstract
La investigación considera dos transformaciones recientes del nivel medio argentino: la
inclusión de nuevos sectores en la escuela secundaria, obligatoria desde el año 2006 y, la
integración de TIC. En este contexto el proyecto examina el proceso de reconfiguración
del trabajo de enseñar y los cambios en las identidades profesionales de los docentes. La
investigación se desarrolla bajo un diseño flexible, con múltiples métodos y etapas. La
primera -cuyo avance se presenta en esta oportunidad- focalizó en el análisis las políticas y
de la oferta de formación continua generada a partir del entramado entre el gobierno
nacional y el de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Primero se analizaron los documentos de
política que fijan los lineamientos de formación continua y establecen el programa
Nacional de Formación Permanente (2013-2016) junto con las orientaciones provinciales.
Segundo, se construyó una base de datos para sistematizar la oferta de cursos en el
territorio de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Finalmente, se tomó una encuesta a 279
profesores secundarios que participaron del Programa de Formación para establecer cómo
valoran dicha formación y explorar sus opiniones sobre los cambios ocurridos en el nivel
secundario y el impacto en su tarea docente The research considers two recent transformations of the Argentine middle level: the
inclusion of new sectors in the secondary school, compulsory since the year 2006, and the
integration of TICs. In this context, the project examines the process of reconfiguration of
the work of teaching and the changes in the teachers' professional identities. The research
was carried out under a flexible design, with multiple methods and stages. The first -
whose progress is presented in this opportunity- focused on the analysis of policies and
the provision of continuing training generated from the fabric between the national
government and the province of Buenos Aires. First analyzed the policy documents which
set out the guidelines for continuous training and establish the National Program (2013-
2016) together with the provincial guidelines. Second, we built a database to systematize
the offer of courses in the territory of the province of Buenos Aires. Finally, he took a
survey to 279 secondary teachers who participated in the training program to establish
how such training and explore their views on the changes that have occurred at the
secondary level and the impact on their teaching activities
