La cerámica de retícula bruñida y del tipo Carambolo en el Bronce Final / Primera Edad del Hierro

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como principal cometido exponer un estado de la cuestión sobre las cerámicas de retícula bruñida y de tipo Carambolo, materiales que se han considerado tradicionalmente como fósiles directores del Bronce Final tartésico. Para ello, en las próximas páginas hablaremos sobre ambas tipologías cerámicas, centrándonos en los orígenes e influencias de las mismas, así como en la dispersión geográfica, los contextos y su significado socio-cultural. Nuestro objetivo se centra en definir el área nuclear de Tarteso, entre el Bronce Final y la Primera Edad del Hierro, a través de sus cerámicas

This paper aims to explain the present knowledge about stroke burnished pottery and Carambolo ware pottery, both traditionally considered fossil directors of Tartessian Late Bronze Age. To do so, we will study both pottery typologies, paying special attention to their origins and their influence, as well as their geographical spread, their contexts and their sociocultural significance. Our final objective will be to define the main area of Tartessos, during Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age, through its own pottery types
