Abstract
que ningún alumno debiera desconocer a la finalización de la educación obligatoria y básica This communication suggests whether through the official curriculum shaped by teachers
of the extraordinary programs of attention to diversity adapts the teaching to students who
present more difficulties in the classroom and offers basic and basic learning that guarantees
the full enjoyment of the right to education. To this end, a case study has been used, where
the classroom programming in the 2nd Curriculum Diversification Program -PDC- and the
Initial Professional Qualification Program -PCPI- have been analysed. The results show
the little importance that the teaching staff generally gives to the didactic programming,
being more like a mere legal procedure than as an instrument of adaptation of the
curriculum to the reality of the classroom. There are also some contents to be taught, which
in some cases would not reach what no student should be unaware of when completing
compulsory and basic education
