En este artículo intentamos mostrar que el modelo de laicidad español existente debería ser definido en términos de colaboración. Y ello, en base a que la libertad religiosa es interpretada jurídicamente por nuestros tribunales en términos católicos, como una mera implementación de la Declaraciones y Constituciones conciliares. Religious freedom is interpreted by Spanish
judges in a Catholic framework, as
an implementation of the Second Vatican
Council's Declarations and Constitutions.
In this sense, the Catholic
Church has managed to impose its authority
through privileged agreements
with the Spanish State
