Abstract
a largo plazo.
In a fully competitive market, the cost of getting new customers is high. Because of this,
it has stopped performing transactional marketing strategies to swap to relational
marketing strategies.
For a company to be competitive, must adapt their products to the exigencies and needs
of the users, attend them for any sales, and even when it already done it. Definitely, it
must be create a solid and longtime relation with their customers in order to retain them
and so, they will buy again other products in the future.
The customer’s loyalty concept is new in the company. It has evolved from a focused
marketing in the short term to marketing with strategic approach. Previously, a
company was focused in the sale process and it was terminated once it was done. But
now, with all the competence along with all growing demands of the customers, it’s
required great attention to the consumer’s satisfaction and the attention in the postpurchase
process.
The customer’s loyalty needs a management process that will begin of a deep
knowledge of them. This information allows us to adapt the service to the client and do
a process management to get a good satisfaction.
The main goal of the system I have developed is the possibility of create and manage
loyalty processes that help to capture customers and maintain them for long-term. With
this system, you can assign actions to each process and the actions will run themselves
for each contact in the loyalty process. For example, you can customize the offers of
products, and that they are appropriated to the interests of these customers, among many
others.
