Las relaciones euro-mediterráneas no abordan los problemas sino que los envuelve y pretende desactivarlos. Estas iniciativas han tenido efectos negativos que han afectado las relaciones hispano-marroquíes socios económicos naturales con flujos bilaterales de gran importancia que no deja de aumentar. Este artículo propone ahondar en estas relaciones e identifica los huecos incompletos de estas relaciones
