dc.description.abstractEl liderazgo pedagógico exitoso es un elemento clave en la mejora de los resultados escolares de sus estudiantes (Bolívar, 2012; Day & Gurr, 2014; Day, Sammons et al., 2011; Leithwood, 2009). Las escuelas que trabajan en contextos desafiantes también deben asumir este reto, aunque de acuerdo a su realidad y posibilidades. Este estudio, se enmarca dentro del Proyecto ISSPP (International Successful School Principalship Project), donde se trata de analizar el liderazgo del equipo directivo de un centro educativo, en un contexto desafiante, que lleva a cabo un proyecto de inclusión. En concreto, se centra en la segunda fase del proyecto, donde se pretende profundizar en aspectos que resultaron de interés de los datos obtenidos de la primera fase. Bajo un enfoque cualitativo, se realizó entrevistas al director, jefe de estudios y profesores implicados en el proyecto de inclusión. Los resultados demuestran que van mejorando los resultados académicos de su alumnado, potenciando su motivación e interéses_ES
dc.description.abstractSuccessful pedagogical leadership is a key element in improving student achievement (Bolívar, 2012; Day & Gurr, 2014; Day, Sammons et al., 2011; Leithwood, 2009). Schools working in challenging contexts must also take on this challenge, albeit according to their reality and possibilities. This study is part of the ISSPP (International Successful School Principalship Project), where it is a question of analyzing the leadership of the management team of an educational center, in a challenging context, that carries out an inclusion project. Specifically, it focuses on the second phase of the project, which seeks to delve into aspects that were of interest to the data obtained from the first phase. Under a qualitative approach, interviews were conducted with the director, head of studies and teachers involved in the inclusion project. The results show that they are improving the academic results of their students, boosting their motivation and interesten_US
