Abstract
The present investigation seeks to analyze the interaction in effective practices in the
classroom of three schools of the fifteenth region, Chile. Nine teachers were observed during
their classes, who were selected according to criteria defined by each school's management
team. The field work was carried out using a guideline of 36 indicators divided into three
dimensions and ten subdimensions that covered aspects such as Pedagogical Practice,
Interactions and the Environment (classroom and school). The instrument was validated
through expert judgment, involving six theoretical judges and six practical judges. The
main results of the pedagogical practice are related to greater awareness of teachers towards
the beginning of the class, so the activation scaffolding is clearly appreciated, but decreases
towards the development and closure, where the teacher loses awareness of time and tools
for the transformation and closure of learning. Regarding interactions, higher frequency
was observed in the teaching-student and student-knowledge directions, than in the
interaction between peers. In this area, it is also important to point out that there were gaps
in student learning, exacerbated by the lack of tools for knowledge acquisition
