Las preguntas retóricas en la poesía de Ángel Rupérez: "Una razón para vivir"

Abstract

Este artículo trata de la presencia y función de las preguntas retóricas en Una razón para vivir (1998) de Ángel Rupérez. Se estudia la combinación de varias clases de preguntas retóricas a propósito de la función de las preguntas en la construcción poemática y en su conexión comunicativa con el receptor. La configuración retórica de un eje interrogativo en el poema es vista como uno de los dispositivos para el establecimiento de una especial relación interpretativa del receptor con la totalidad del texto del poema, con el poeta y con el proceso poiético llevado a cabo por el poeta. La retoricidad de la poesía es resaltada por el papel poético de las preguntas y del eje interrogativo.

This paper deals with the presence and function of rhetorical questions in Ángel Rupérez’s Una razón para vivir (1998). The combination of several kinds of rhetorical questions is studied as to the role of questions in the poematic construction and in its communicative connection with the recipient. The rhetorical configuration of an interrogative axis in the poem is viewed as one of the devices for establishing a special interpretative relationship of the recipient with the whole text of the poem, with the poet and with the poietic process accomplished by the poet. The rhetoricalness of poetry is stressed because of the poetic role of questions and of the interrogative axis
