Transparencia en las empresas a través de la información no financiera

Abstract

El mercado demanda a las empresas mayor nivel de información, tanto financiera como especialmente no financiera, útil y veraz. En este artículo analizaremos la información no financiera que se va a requerir a determinadas empresas a través de la Directiva 2014/95 UE del Parlamento Europeo y de su transposición a la legislación española mediante el Anteproyecto de Ley hecho público el 26 de enero de 2017 por el Instituto de Contabilidad y Auditoría de Cuentas (ICAC), su contraste con la información que el mercado y los grupos de interés -inversores, accionistas, clientes, proveedores, ciudadanos, empleados, etc.- demandan a las empresas y las oportunidades que se presentan a éstas de conseguir una ventaja competitiva a través de la transparencia y de todo el proceso de comunicación al mercado de las acciones emprendidas en aras a conseguir los objetivos requeridos por el mercado, estableciendo así un modelo de negocio sostenible en el tiempo

The market demands of companies a higher level of information, both financial and especially non-financial, useful and accurate. In this article we will analyze the non-financial information that will be required to certain companies through EU Directive 2014/95 of the European Parliament and its transposition into the Spanish law through the Preliminary draft Law made public on January 26, 2017, by the Spanish Accounting and Audit Institute (ICAC), its contrast with the information that the market and interest groups -investors, shareholders, clients, suppliers, citizens, employees, etc.- demand of companies and the opportunities that are presented to these for the achievement of a competitive advantage through transparency and the entire process of communication to the market of the actions undertaken in order to attain the objectives required by the market, thus establishing a sustainable business model over time
